This Privacy Policy explains how LouRock Software LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), handles information within Bible Notes Companion (“the App”). The Company does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Any notes or bookmark you create within the App are stored solely on your device and are never transmitted to the Company.

The Company does not collect personal data or personally identifiable information beyond what is required by the Google Play Store or by the Apple App Store, depending on the platform, for purchase, installation, and platform-level analytics. All data you, the User, enter into the App is used solely for displaying and managing your notes and bookmark. The App stores your notes and bookmark data locally on your device. You can export, or share your notes and your bookmark data. If you choose to export your notes as a CSV file, this data will be stored on your device or shared with others according to your choice.

4. Offline Functionality

After purchase and download, the App functions entirely offline. It does not communicate with Company servers or third-party servers.

5. Data Storage

The App content, the User created notes, and the User created bookmark are stored locally in a SQLite database within the App’s private storage area. This means:

• • Data is removed when you uninstall the App
• • We cannot recover your data if it is lost

6. Third-Party Services

The App does not use:

The App does not collect any personal information from users of any age, including children under 13.

Because all data stays on your device, security depends on your device’s operating system and any protections you enable (such as screen lock or encryption).
