We have recently encountered attempts by an unknown actor or actors to gain unauthorized access to our systems. The motive of the unknown actor(s) is unknown; however, it appears to be part of a highly complex covert operation. After conducting a thorough review of the matter, it appears this incident may have been an unsolicited attack to target me personally. We have notified the relevant law enforcement agencies and will continue to cooperate fully with their investigation.
As a reminder, while we conduct most of our business remotely, we regularly attend networking events in Orlando and throughout Central Florida. We are fully capable of providing services across the United States. At LouRock Software LLC, we uphold values of integrity, honesty, and transparency. We will not tolerate any form of malicious deception. While we understand that security through obscurity may sometimes be necessary, we firmly reject any form of deliberate malicious deception.
